Do you ship Worldwide?
No, we only accept orders from the UK and Ireland.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouses in UK and Asia.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request a cancellation or changes within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this will be denied and you will have to return for a full refund.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays. Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1-2 days from the order date.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. After that, please allow 7-14 days for delivery
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within the delivery time stated please contact solacehealthstore@gmail.com and a member of staff will get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us at solacehealthstore@gmail.com for any returns. All refunds are processed in 3-5 working days from point of return to our warehouse.
What if my item(s) I receive are defective/damaged?
Please email us at solacehealthstore@gmail.com with your order number and also pictures of the incorrect/damaged items. We will then get any issues resolved for you as soon as possible.
